Where does the estate of the deceased bachelor who has no heirs from ascendants, descendants, or collaterals go?

The male heirs are fifteen, and the female heirs are ten. If a deceased person dies and leaves his parents alive, and there are no other heirs besides them, then his estate belongs to his parents, and the share of each of them transfers to their heirs. However, if the parents die before him, and the deceased leaves absolutely no heir, then his estate is divided among his relatives (dhawi al-arham). If none are found, then it is placed in the public treasury (Bayt al-Mal). It is stated in "Matalib Uli al-Nuha" that the wealth of one who has no heir goes to the public treasury, and the public treasury is not an heir but rather preserves lost wealth. If the public treasury is corrupt, the inheritance is distributed among the poor Muslims and their public interests, or the one who owes money to the public treasury directly spends it on its allocated expenditures.
