Is the reward for the funeral prayer over a child the same as the reward for the funeral prayer over an adult?

The texts regarding the virtue of praying over the deceased include both adult and young Muslims. The reward of the two qirats mentioned in the noble Hadeeth is achieved by anyone who prays over any Muslim funeral, whether young or old. It should be noted that praying over children who cried upon birth is permissible according to the general consensus of scholars, while the opinions of jurists differed regarding the permissibility of praying over a child who did not cry upon birth.
