Is honey and the black seed a cure for every disease, or is the meaning of the Hadith, "a cure for every disease," not to be taken literally?

Honey and black seed contain healing, but not for every disease, or for everyone. The Almighty's saying: "Therein is healing for people," and the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "In the black seed there is healing from every disease except death," are not to be taken at their apparent generality. The intended meaning of generality here is specificity; meaning, every disease that can be treated by them, or every disease caused by dampness.
