How authentic is the Hadith: "If the 'Sikkah' (plowshare/coulter), a part of the farming tool, enters a house, Allah will humiliate it"?

Al-Bukhari narrated from Abu Umamah Al-Bahili that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, "This [plow] does not enter the house of a people except that Allah brings humiliation upon them," and that was when he saw a plowshare (a farming tool). Ibn Hajar explained that what is meant by this is the land rights that the rulers demand from the people, which puts them in a state of humiliation due to the oppression of the rulers and taxes. This hadith does not contradict the virtue of planting and cultivating mentioned in other hadiths, such as the hadith of Anas, may Allah be pleased with him: "No Muslim plants a tree or cultivates a crop, from which a bird, human, or animal eats, except that it will be charity for him." The two can be reconciled by understanding that planting is inherently praiseworthy, but the condemnation mentioned in the hadith specifically applies to cases of excess in it, such that other rights are neglected, or it prevents preparation for jihad. So, the condemnation is not for possessing the farming tool itself, but for the corruption that results from it.
