A wife leaving her husband's house without his permission is a forbidden act of disobedience (nushuz). If this is combined with her leaving in a forbidden manner, insulting her husband, and slandering him, then this increases the sinfulness of the nushuz, and it is permissible for the husband, rather preferable, to divorce her.

As for the household furnishings, whatever belongs to the husband is his. And whatever belongs to the wife from her private funds, or her dowry, or a gift, is her right that she must receive in full.

A revocably divorced woman observes her waiting period (iddah) in the marital home. She is not permitted to leave it unless she commits a clear act of indecency, such as adultery, or prolonged disobedience (nushuz).

A disobedient wife (nashiz) is not entitled to maintenance (nafaqah) or housing during the waiting period. If the disobedient wife is pregnant and divorced, there are two opinions regarding her entitlement to maintenance, and the stronger opinion is that she is not entitled to it.
