How can one reconcile the eternal damnation of the dwellers of Hell, as stated in verses 106-107 of Surah Hud, with what is mentioned in Sahih al-Bukhari regarding some of them exiting it and entering Paradise due to their faith? Do the verses in Hud indicate that some virtuous individuals will reside in Paradise for a period before entering Hell? If not, how will disbelievers who served humanity and died in disbelief be rewarded?

There is no contradiction between the verses and hadiths regarding the fate of the people of Hellfire. The people of Hellfire are of two types: First: Monotheists who are disobedient and enter Hellfire due to their sins, then exit it after a limited period, entering Paradise thereafter. These are the ones referred to in the hadiths. Second: Disbelievers and hypocrites who have no monotheism; their torment is eternal in Hellfire. These are the ones referred to in the verses.

As for the disbeliever, if he performs a good deed in this world, his reward will be in this world, and he will have no share of reward in the Hereafter, because disbelief prevents the acceptance of deeds in the Hereafter. And Allah knows best.
