Is insulting the word "Lahou" considered an act of disbelief (kufr)?

If a Muslim verbally abuses Allah, this is considered an act of disbelief (kufr) and apostasy (riddah). Scholars have reached a consensus on thefr of the abuser, whether serious, joking, or mocking. The majority of scholars agree on the validity of the abuser's repentance. However, this ruling does not apply to the person suffering from obsessive thoughts who experiences intrusive thoughts of abuse against their will. If the phrase "Lahaw!" means something other than abuse, then the question is unclear for a definitive answer.
