Is it permissible for me to take money resulting from the difference in price between the actual purchase amount and the invoices submitted to government procurement committees, knowing that refusing to participate or take the money will expose me to harsh administrative measures such as transfer or job harassment, and that I am in urgent need of these funds?

This increase added to the purchase price is a blatant deception to consume public funds without a legitimate right, because the ministry has already paid the amount as the price for the purchases. The Lawgiver has strongly condemned those who consume public funds unlawfully, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Indeed, some men plunge into the wealth of Allah without right, and for them is the Fire on the Day of Resurrection." Therefore, it is not permissible to take anything from this increase, nor to cooperate with them in a deal that involves such deception, because it falls under cooperation in sin and aggression. The harm that befalls you or your need for this share does not permit consuming unlawful wealth; rather, these are whisperings from Satan. The doors to lawful sustenance are many, and whoever gives up something for the sake of Allah, Allah will compensate him with something better. What is lawful and good is better than what is abundant but unlawful.
