Is clothing or feeding obligatory for one who broke his oath and fasted due to not having the expiation available, and then it became available to him after a long time?

If someone breaks an oath and is unable to feed ten poor persons or clothe them, then he must fast for three days, as Allah Almighty says: "But whoever finds not [the means to do so] - then a fast of three days [is required]." And if he becomes able to feed or clothe them after he has fasted, he is not obligated to do anything further, because he was unable at the time of breaking the oath, and he has fulfilled his obligation by fasting.
