Is it permissible for a Muslim to attend a Qur'anic circle if he fears lustful glances at one of the attendees?

The ways to prevent temptation (fitna) include prohibiting looking at young men with lust, and the obligation to be wary of that, in addition to fortifying oneself against perversion and indecency, and generally reducing lust. It is recommended to read two books: "Dhamm al-Hawa" (Censure of Caprice) by Ibn al-Jawzi and "Al-Daa' wa al-Dawaa'" (The Disease and the Cure) by Ibn al-Qayyim. To avoid temptation, one must avoid what leads to it, strive for pure alternatives, and supplicate for steadfastness and well-being.
