How can we avoid the temptation (fitna) of women? And what is the remedy for that?

The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "I have not left behind me any temptation more harmful to men than women." To avoid this temptation, it is recommended to: lower the gaze, avoid mixing with women and places where one is exposed to seeing or mixing with them, associate with the righteous, distance oneself from anything that incites lust from media and stories, engage in acts of obedience, remembrance of Allah (dhikr), and recitation of the Qur'an, frequently seek refuge in Allah through supplication, and enjoin good and forbid evil.
