How can I control my desire for women as quickly as possible, excluding fasting and marriage?

We ask Allah the Almighty to guide your heart and expand your chest, for committing obscenities is one of the greatest sins. As for your statement, "I cannot control myself from the whispers of Satan," you must seek refuge in Allah from him, and be resolute, sincere, and diligent. Turn to Allah, associate with the righteous, and distance yourself from environments that incite obscenity. If you are able to marry, then do so. Otherwise, you must fast, for it is a shield for you, and do not let Satan discourage you from fasting. Remember your standing before Allah, and what Allah has prepared in the Fire for those who commit this obscenity. Read books and listen to tapes about this obscenity. And remember that it is a disgrace and shame in this world and the Hereafter.
