How can one get rid of lusts and satanic desires that cause frustration and displeasure?

Lust is an innate matter that cannot be eliminated. The requirement is to direct it towards what Allah has permitted. To control lust in a girl, two steps can be followed:

The first step: Weakening the stimulants for lust, by lowering the gaze from forbidden things, staying away from sexual stories and materials, avoiding bad company, reducing thoughts about lust, occupying time with useful activities, and reducing visits to mixed places. In mixed educational settings, one must adhere to modesty and minimize interaction with young men.

The second step: Strengthening the deterrents from following lust, by strengthening faith and connection with Allah through abundant remembrance of Allah (dhikr), recitation of the Quran, and supererogatory acts of worship (nawafil); fasting as guided by the Prophet (peace be upon him); strengthening will and determination; remembering the reward for righteous women and the punishment for sinful women; choosing righteous companionship; comparing the consequences of forbidden lust with the sweetness of triumphing over it; and seeking Allah's help through supplication (du'a).
