What is the cure for the frequent onset of lustful thoughts in Ramadan, and their escalation to occur unintentionally during prayer, and their persistence despite seeking refuge in Allah and striving for devotion? And what is the reason for imagining oneself doing things like cursing Allah or insulting His Book, despite religious commitment and efforts to memorize the Qur'an?

As for intrusive thoughts of disbelief and forbidden acts, Allah does not hold one accountable for them, as the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Indeed, Allah has forgiven my Ummah for what they whisper to themselves, as long as they do not act upon it or speak of it." However, one must strive to repel them. Please refer to fatwas: 72567, 74444, 103059. Regarding memorizing the Quran, strive hard, seek Allah's help, humble yourself before Him, and be patient.
