Is the wife entitled to claim the deferred dowry and household furniture—excluding personal belongings—if she leaves the marital home without her husband's knowledge for the third time, and the husband wishes to divorce her?

It is not permissible for a wife to leave her husband's home without his permission. If she does so, she is sinful and disobedient (nashiz), and her right to maintenance and housing is forfeited, unless she is pregnant.

As for the deferred dowry (mu'akhkhar al-sadaq), it is not forfeited by divorce and is considered a debt owed to the wife.

It is permissible for the husband to refrain from divorcing a disobedient wife until she ransoms herself from him with her dowry or with an amount of money they both agree upon.
