What is the ruling on donating the price of the 'aqiqah of a newborn who has not yet been born, to relieve those besieged in Gaza by purchasing medicine and food?

The Shafi'i and Hanbali jurists stipulated that sacrificing the aqiqah is better than donating its value, and the aqiqah is not valid before the birth of the child. The jurists differed on its starting time: the Hanafis and Malikis held that it is on the seventh day of birth, while the Shafi'is and Hanbalis held that it begins from the complete separation of the newborn.
