We ask Allah to grant you complete healing and well-being. Daydreaming should not be indulged in excessively, but a person is not sinful for what crosses their mind from it. The illness that afflicted you is not a punishment for the sin you repented from, and we ask Allah to make it an expiation for your misdeeds and an elevation of your ranks. We envy your patience and submission to the trial, and we call upon you to continue this sound approach of submission to Allah's command, contentment with His decree, and receiving His trials and tests with contentment and certainty.
