Is reading the Qur’an in a daily study circle at the mosque with the intention of teaching, where the circle’s supervisor corrects the readers, an innovation (bid‘ah) or a religiously unlawful act?

Gathering to read and learn the Noble Quran is not objectionable, nor is it considered an innovation. Rather, it falls within the scope of the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "No group of people gathers in one of the houses of Allah, reciting the Book of Allah and studying it among themselves, except that tranquility descends upon them, mercy envelops them, angels surround them, and Allah mentions them to those with Him."
