What is the ruling on a husband telling his wife: "I haven't seen any good since I married you"? And can the wife be the cause of the husband's lack of success based on a misunderstanding of the hadith "The woman is a bad omen"?

Pessimism regarding one's wife and accusing her of being the reason for being denied a promotion is considered ṭīrah (superstitious belief in omens), which is forbidden. Allah has narrated to us in Surah Ya-Sin that when the messengers came to the people of the town, they said: "Indeed, we consider you a bad omen. If you do not desist, we will surely stone you, and a painful torment will surely afflict you from us." (Ya-Sin: 18). And His saying, the Almighty: "Your omen is with you" means your deeds, your provisions, and your share of good and evil are with you. If any evil befalls you, it is what has been decreed for you. It is not permissible to attribute evil that befalls a person to something they are not responsible for, nor had any part in; rather, it occurs in accordance with divine decree and destiny. As for the Hadith: "Indeed, ill omens are in three things: in the horse, the woman, and the house," it is not understood in its absolute sense by many scholars. The meaning of ill omen in a woman is her being infertile, or foul-mouthed, or having bad manners.
