Is the prayer of a man whose clothes have been touched by dogs, and it is difficult for him to change them, valid?

If a dog, with its dry body, touches a dry garment, and no moisture is transferred from it, then the garment does not become impure. However, if moisture is transferred from the dog (water or saliva), then the affected area must be washed seven times, one of them with earth. And whoever does not find a pure garment should pray in the impure garment and repeat the prayer when he finds a pure one. Prayer with deliberate impurity invalidates it, but if it is due to forgetfulness or ignorance, there is no need for repetition, according to the opinion of Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah.
