Is it a sin for a delivery worker to leave their job at a restaurant to work for me in another job, knowing that they are not insured, and what is the solution?

It is prohibited to offer work to a worker contracted with another restaurant if there is an ijarah (leasing/hiring) contract between the worker and the restaurant, because that is considered "selling over the sale of his brother," which is forbidden, unless the restaurant agrees to it.
