Is it obligatory for me to leave my job at a food supply company that provides food to Al-Azhar institutes and schools due to unintentional defects in some of the food (such as eggs sometimes being undercooked) or the reuse of leftover bread the next day, out of fear of the suspicion of unlawful income, especially since I have informed the person in charge and he has taken some measures, but they do not entirely satisfy me?

You must follow the advice of the person in charge at the company regarding the danger of deception to blessing, citing the hadith: "The two parties to a transaction have the choice as long as they have not parted. If they are truthful and clear, they will be blessed in their transaction. If they conceal and lie, the blessing of their transaction will be removed," and the hadith: "Whoever deceives us is not of us." If the food causes harm and the person in charge does not rectify it, then it is not permissible to continue this job, and you must search for a permissible work. For whoever fears Allah, He will provide for them from where they do not expect. Remember that sustenance is predestined, and no soul will die until it has received its full sustenance, so it should not be sought through disobedience to Allah.
