And does anyone have the right to be angry in such a situation? And is it obligatory for a Muslim to remind their Muslim brother of the pillar of Hajj?

It is not obligatory for someone intending to perform Hajj to inform their relatives and friends, but it is recommended for them to do so. If they do not inform them, there is no sin upon them, especially if there is a need to keep their news confidential, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Seek help for the fulfillment of needs by keeping them secret, for every possessor of a blessing is envied." It is obligatory for a Muslim to remind their Muslim brother of the pillars of Islam if they know he has forgotten them, or to command him to perform Hajj if he is capable and has not intended to go, because it is a pillar of Islam and is obligatory immediately for the capable person.
