Is it permissible to act upon a Mursal Hadith in the rulings of Sharia (Fiqh), with evidence?

The Mursal Hadith is what the Tabi'i narrated from the Prophet, peace be upon him, without mentioning the Companion. It is categorized as a weak hadith and is not considered a proof by the majority of Hadith scholars due to the ambiguity of the omitted intermediary.

Many jurists, however, have adopted the Mursal as a proof under certain conditions, such as: if it is narrated through another connected chain (Mawsool), or if it is narrated mursal from another angle, or if it is acted upon, or if it is supported by a sound analogy or a saying of a Companion.

As for the Mursal narrations of the Companions, they are considered a proof by consensus, because they were people of truthfulness and uprightness.
