Does a traveler pray the 'Asr prayer four rak'ahs or two if its time begins during an hour-and-a-half-long flight?

If the distance between Khartoum and El-Fasher is a distance that permits Qasr (shortening of prayers), then it is permissible to shorten the Asr prayer to two rak'ahs at the airport if it is outside the city, or inside the airplane after it has taken off. If the time for Asr will expire before the plane lands, then one must pray it on board. However, if the landing is before the time for Asr expires, then it is permissible to delay it. When delaying the Asr prayer until after landing, it should be prayed as four rak'ahs if El-Fasher is your homeland, or if you have a wife there, or if you intend to reside there for four days or more.
