Imam Al-Nawawi said: "Kissing a man's hand for his asceticism, righteousness, knowledge, nobility, piety, or other similar religious qualities is not disliked; rather, it is recommended." Therefore, there is no objection to kissing the hand of a righteous, devout woman, as a form of honor and respect.
