Is it permissible to donate surplus medications, or to exchange them for other medications or pharmacy supplies, and can my children and wife benefit from them?

If a person is entitled to treatment and receives it from the company without favoritism or deception, then he is permitted to dispose of surplus medicine by donating it, selling or exchanging it, or allowing his family to benefit from it. Since he legitimately owns the medicine, all permissible dispositions of it, such as selling or bartering, are allowed for him.
