What is the ruling on one whose family emigrated with him when he was young from the lands of Islam to the lands of disbelief due to their weak financial situation?

Previously, the ruling on emigration from Muslim lands to lands of disbelievers was explained, stating that it is not permissible except out of necessity or a need that is considered equivalent to necessity. Whoever was emigrated by his family while he was young incurs no sin. However, if he reaches maturity and is able to return to Muslim lands to live there, that is better for him. Indeed, it becomes obligatory for him if he cannot openly practice the rituals of his religion, or if he fears temptation for himself.
