What is the ruling on a second congregational prayer in the small company mosque?

Praying in the company's mosque is permissible. However, it is better to pray in a mosque where the five daily prayers are regularly performed, as long as this does not negatively affect work. Establishing two congregations in one mosque at the same time is disliked (makrooh) because it causes distraction, divides unity, and goes against the intent of the Lawgiver (Shari') for harmony and unity of ranks. This dislike is even greater in a small mosque.
