Are "the Day We will say to Hell" and "the Day it will say to Hell" two readings in Surat Qaf?

The reciters differed concerning the Almighty's saying: "On the Day We will say to Hell." Nafi' and Asim, through the narration of Abu Bakr, recited it as "On the Day it will say to Hell" (yawma yaqūlu li-jahannama) with a 'ya' (ي), meaning Allah says. The remaining reciters read it as "On the Day We will say" (yawma naqūlu) with a 'nun' (ن), meaning We say. The argument for the recitation with the 'nun' is the verse preceding it: "And I am not at all unjust to the servants," where He speaks about Himself.
