Is it permissible for a woman to leave her husband's home and seek Khul' and relinquish all her rights, because he does not uphold Allah's limits, is very negligent in prayer, and does not perform ghusl after major ritual impurity (janabah), and she fears that the sin of adultery may befall her due to his not praying?

If the husband abandons prayer, the wife must enjoin him and forbid him from it. If he persists, it is recommended for her to separate from him through divorce (talaq (definition)) or khul‘. She is not permitted to refuse him intimacy or leave his house as long as she is married to him and he provides for her, unless he abandons prayer out of denial of its obligatory nature, or she believes in the absolute apostasy of one who abandons prayer, in which case it is not permissible for her to remain with him.
