The answer

Divorce is not recommended except after exhausting all solutions, especially if there are children, as it is the last resort. Cursing and insulting between spouses is not permissible. The husband should not condone his wife's negligence in prayer or abandoning any other obligations; rather, he should remind her of her responsibility. The husband must first repent to Allah. Then, it is advisable to be patient with the wife, try to change her behavior and environment, and continue to advise her. If her situation does not change and she persists in her disobedience and arrogance, then it is better to divorce her and seek a committed wife who understands the meaning of married life.
