The answer

What occurs by way of relations between a man and a foreign woman is a manifest evil. The wife is not sinful by saying, "You have wronged us by your marriage," if the husband is falling short in her rights and the rights of her children. However, marrying another wife is not an injustice in itself if the husband is just. It is not permissible for the wife to ask her husband to prefer her in overnight stays and the division of days, and he must be just among his wives. None of them should relinquish her right except willingly. It is not permissible to supplicate against the other wife for lack of success, as it is a supplication for sin. It is not advisable to make a decision to separate from the husband while remaining in the house, due to its violation of human nature and good companionship, and it may negatively affect the upbringing of the children. The wife can gift her days to the other wife. The difference between gifting and reconciliation is that gifting can be revoked, while reconciliation is binding. It is recommended to keep things as they are and proceed with life normally.
