Does divorce occur in the following cases: uttering divorce secretly to oneself, conditioning divorce on the wife not bringing happiness, or conditioning it on the shaykh not attending the marriage contract, and that is before the completion of the marriage contract?

The thoughts and imaginations of divorce that you experienced do not constitute a divorce, whether they were a promise or a conditional statement. A promise of divorce is not a divorce, and conditioning divorce before marriage through self-talk has no legal validity. Furthermore, you suffer from waswas (obsessive whispering), and the divorce of one afflicted by waswas does not take effect, even if they utter it after marriage. Proceed with completing the marriage and disregard these obsessive whispers.

Smoking is forbidden, and you must repent to Allah and seek help from specialized medical facilities to quit it. Allah Almighty says: "And when the matter is determined, if they are true to Allah, it would be better for them."
