Does the daughter deserve anything from the advanced or deferred dowry, or from what she spent on furnishing the marital home, especially since the groom is not responsible, and they exploited her then disavowed her?

If the husband has consummated the marriage with his wife, she is entitled to the full dowry, and nothing from it is forfeited by divorce. If the household furniture belongs to the wife, the husband is not entitled to take it except with her consent. In case of dispute, the Sharia (definition) judge will rule on the matter. If the wife desires a divorce without any harm from the husband, he may refuse to divorce her until she waives some of her rights to him.
