Is it permissible to divorce a wife with whom one has not consummated the marriage, due to her raising her voice, while there is no intention of marital intimacy and marrying another?

We advise you not to rush into divorce, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "No believing man should hate a believing woman; if he dislikes one of her characteristics, he will be pleased with another." Divorce should be the last resort. However, if you know that you cannot bear to live with her and you fear wronging her, then you may divorce her, as divorce before consummation is less harmful. It is not permissible for you to keep her with the intention of harming her.
