Is it permissible to stipulate a change of residence for remarriage?

If your daughter's father divorced you or you sought khulʿ from him, and you wish to return to him with a new contract, you may stipulate that he reside in a specific country or house and not remove you from it. If he violates this condition and attempts to remove you, you have the right to annul the marriage. This condition is binding on the husband, and the wife has the right to annul the marriage if he does not fulfill it.
