Is this marriage considered unjust if there is a lack of conviction in the husband for reasons related to education, culture, intellect, and religiosity? Does a divorce occur if the husband pronounces it over the phone or in person? Does it require an idda (waiting period) in this case if consummation has not occurred? Does the husband have the right to take back his wife after the divorce? Does she have rights that must be waived if the divorce takes place? What can be done if the family forces reconciliation again?

You made a mistake by agreeing to the marriage contract while you were unconvinced. If you fear that you will not be able to uphold the limits of Allah with your husband, then there is no blame upon you for seeking a divorce from him, even if it is in exchange for financial compensation. The divorce pronounced by the husband, by his own choice, is effective, even if no one hears it. If the divorce occurs before consummation, you are not required to observe an 'iddah (definition) (waiting period), and the husband is entitled to half of the stipulated Mahr (bridal gift). You can refer your case to the judiciary if the husband refuses to grant a divorce. Your parents are not permitted to force you to marry someone you dislike. We do not advise you to leave your parents' home; rather, strive to reconcile with them.
