Is the husband obligated to stay with his first wife throughout her visit, or must he be equitable between her and his second wife regarding overnight stays, especially since the first wife's work was of her own volition despite his reservations? And is he religiously obliged to ensure that the rented accommodation for the first wife is of the same value as the rented accommodation for the second wife?

The husband is not obligated to make up for the time his wife missed from her allotted share of his time if she traveled for her job, because her travel for her needs abrogates her right to that share. Upon her return from her leave, fairness must be observed in dividing time equally between the two wives. As for housing, equality is not required; rather, each wife is entitled to what is suitable for her circumstances.
