The answer

The has enjoined good companionship upon spouses and warned against anger and seeking divorce without necessity. Anger does not prevent a divorce from taking place unless it reaches a degree that causes loss of awareness (closure). If the anger reached the point of closure, then no divorce occurs, and one must repent from wrong actions. As for a wife's quick anger and her seeking divorce, she must be admonished and reminded of the consequences of that. Strive to strengthen her connection with Allah, and try to find the causes of her anger and remove them if possible. If that does not work, then there is no objection to referring her to a psychiatrist.
