Should a wife obey her husband if he desires her during her Ramadan fasting days, and what should she do if he threatens to divorce her?

If a man or a woman begins an obligatory fast, such as making up a day from Ramadan (definition), it is not permissible for them to break it unless there is a legitimate شرعي excuse, such as travel or illness. There is no disagreement among scholars on this point. A husband threatening his wife with divorce is not considered an excuse to break the fast, and therefore, it is not permissible for her to obey him in this situation, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Obedience is only in what is good and right (ma'ruf)."
