The answer

If one breaks their fast in due to a legitimate Shar'i excuse, there is no sin. However, if it is without an excuse, then they have committed a grave sin that necessitates repentance. Delaying the making up of Ramadan fasts without a valid excuse until the next Ramadan begins necessitates both making up the fasts (qada') and expiation (kaffara) according to the majority of scholars, as stated by Ibn Hajar al-Haytami. As for purchasing with a stolen card, it is a grave sin and a major transgression. The thief must repent by feeling remorse, resolving never to repeat it, and giving the stolen amount in charity if it is impossible to return it to its rightful owner.
