Applying perfume to the head and body after bathing and before the intention of is a , due to the action of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him. If you apply it at this time, nothing is required of you.

However, if you apply perfume after forming the intention of ihram: 1. If you did so out of ignorance or forgetfulness: Nothing is required of you, but you must remove the traces of the perfume as much as possible. 2. If you did so knowing it was forbidden: You are required to offer a (expiation) for harm, which is: sacrificing a sheep, or feeding six needy persons (half a sa' to each), or fasting three days.

Perfuming the ihram garments is not permissible, whether before ihram or after it, because the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, forbade wearing a garment that has been touched by perfume.
