What is the message you address to Muslims on the occasion of the advent of the month of Ramadan?

The month of Ramadan (definition) is a blessed month in which good deeds are multiplied, the gates of Paradise are opened, and the gates of Hellfire are closed. The Qur’an was revealed in it, and Laylat al-Qadr (the Night of Power) is in it. The Muslim welcomes this month by self-reflection, correcting behavior, repenting, and seeking forgiveness, utilizing this blessed season for acts of worship and obedience such as fasting, prayer (standing in night vigil), reciting the Qur’an, and giving charity. In it, the devils are chained, and every night, those who are freed from the Fire are called out.
