What is the ruling on delaying the making up of missed days from Ramadan due to menstruation for several years, and do I owe expiation for them after my repentance and commitment to making them up?

If you were unaware of the impermissibility of delaying the make-up of for years, then you only have to make up those days, and you are not required to feed the poor for the delay.
