What is the ruling on one who had intercourse with a boy during the daytime in Ramadan while fasting, then regretted it and sought forgiveness, and fasted for one month but was unable to complete the second month, and is he required to pay expiation (fidya), and if he is currently unable to pay it, is it permissible for him to postpone it?

Sodomy is a grave sin with a severe punishment, and its repulsiveness is amplified during the daytime in Ramadan (definition). Whoever commits it must offer sincere repentance, make up the day, and pay expiation: freeing a slave. If unable to do so, then fasting for two consecutive months. If unable to do that, then feeding sixty poor people. If the consecutiveness is broken due to a valid excuse, one can build upon what has passed. However, if it is without a valid excuse, one must restart. Bleeding from the mouth or seminal fluid (wady) is not an excuse to abandon fasting. Whoever is unable to fast due to a valid excuse should feed one poor person for each day.
