Voluntary Fasts

• Is it permissible for a wife to fast the day of 'Arafah if she has sworn an oath not to observe voluntary fasts during her husband's lifetime?
• Is it permissible to fast the Ayyam al-Bid (the White Days) and three days at the end of the Hijri month?
• To what extent should a wife obey her husband who forbids her from observing voluntary fasts due to his fear for her health?
