Fondling one's wife during the daytime in is forbidden. If ejaculation occurs without intercourse, one must make up for that day with repentance. The majority of scholars hold that whoever intentionally breaks their fast in Ramadan by means other than intercourse is not required to offer expiation, but rather to make up for that day with repentance.
