The answer

A pregnant woman is not permitted to break her fast in unless there is harm to her or her fetus. If she breaks her fast out of fear for herself, she only needs to make up the days (qada'). If she breaks her fast out of fear for her fetus, she must make up the days and feed one poor person for each day.

As for delaying prayer due to sleep, there is no sin in it, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "There is no negligence in sleep; negligence is only on one who delays the prayer until the time of the next prayer enters." However, one must hasten to pray upon waking up and take the necessary measures to wake up.
