Is the questioner sinful for sometimes eating and drinking from the employers' house without explicit permission? And is it incumbent upon her to seek absolution from them, given that reaching them is difficult? And what is the way out if absolution is not obtained? And does the sin of backbiting and delving into people's reputations apply to her if seeking absolution from them is impossible? And does the warning of the bankrupt person on the Day of Judgment apply to her?

It is not permissible to benefit from another's property without their permission. Customary permission is equivalent to verbal permission. Therefore, your eating from the food of the householders is customarily permissible. As for other financial rights, they must be returned to their owners or their forgiveness sought. If reaching them is impossible, the amount should be given in charity with a guarantee. Regarding non-financial rights, such as backbiting, if seeking forgiveness is impossible, supplication and mentioning the good qualities of the person are sufficient. It is not true that whoever has outstanding rights will inevitably not enter Paradise. Allah may overlook their sins, or satisfy their opponent from His own bounty, or their good deeds may outweigh the rights of those they wronged, thus allowing them to enter Paradise.
